Refund policy

We currently do not offer returns.

However, we’re happy to offer a replacement within 7 days if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect. In all other cases, standard warranty terms will apply.

For delicate items such as glasses, we kindly request you to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery. If you notice any breakage or damage, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately so we can assist you promptly.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with our shipping partners.

Damages and issues
