Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to friday). Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays & Sunday or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Zones and Estimated Timeframes 

We deliver across all six GCC countries:

  • United Arab Emirates: Next day to 5 business days
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: 2  to 10 business days
  • Kuwait: 2 to 10 business days
  • Bahrain: 2 to 10 business days
  • Qatar: 2 to 10 business days
  • Oman: 2 to 10 business days

For select products, delivery timelines may be subject to obtaining the necessary permits and relevant government approvals.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location and the nature of the product ordered. Remote areas within any GCC country may require additional time.

We do not currently ship outside the GCC.

Wine Cabinet Deliveries

Due to the size and weight of wine cabinets, these products are shipped via specialized freight. Our team will contact you after purchase to confirm delivery details, including:

  • To coordinate the collection of any required documents for obtaining permits for deliveries outside the UAE

  • For KSA, only one unit may be shipped to an individual within a 15-day period.

  • To provide permit clearance from the security

  • Preferred delivery date and time window

  • Access requirements (floor level, elevator availability, doorway width)

  • Whether you require delivery to the door or to the room of your choice

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the cabinet upon arrival.
